Personalized Learning |
Our teaching fraternity embraces diversity in a student group. Teachers create teaching-learning plans to include all students by recognizing their individual learning styles, strengths, weaknesses, skills, and interests. Student-profiles, a collaborative outcome of mentors, subject teachers, special educators and counselors in consultation with the management, are created for each child. This helps in planning instruction and assessment around the learning profiles of the students while accommodating individual needs. This inclusive environment encourages students to set their own goals and engage with their teachers who in turn inspire them to become independent learners.
Children think, feel, and learn in their own ways, and at APL, we believe in creating opportunities for them to do so.
