Fees and Process

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at APL Global School. We are a registered school with Cambridge Assessment International Education, affiliated with the University of Cambridge. We welcome applications from students of all nationalities year-round and are currently accepting admissions for Pre-KG through Grade 11.

To accommodate diverse educational needs, APL Global School offers learning pathways under both the Cambridge International and NIOS boards. Our curriculum combines academic excellence with a wide range of co-curricular opportunities, delivered in structured time cycles and supported by regular formative and summative assessments. Through differentiated teaching and evaluation, we ensure every learner’s unique potential is recognized and nurtured via a personalized learning journey focused on holistic development.

Admission Guidelines for Grade 9 and Above

Level of preparedness and competencies are met.
At least 4 other students have also applied for the course.
Suitable and competent resource persons to teach and facilitate the course are available.

Terms & Conditions

Age Criteria

Pre-KG is 3 years as on 1st June 2026
LKG is 4 years as on 1st June 2026
UKG is 5 years as on 1st June 2026

Fee Payment details 2026 - 27

1st Semester Fee –

Includes admission fee (applicable only for new admissions).
Payable - 1st to 10th March for Grades 10 to 12 (Cambridge)
Payable - 1st to 10th April for Grades Kamalam, Pre KG – 9 (Cambridge) and Grade 8 to 12 (NIOS)

2nd Semester Fee –

Payable - 1st to 10th September for Grades 10 to 12 (Cambridge)
Payable - 1st to 10th October for Grades Kamalam, Pre KG – 9 (Cambridge) and Grade 8 to 12 (NIOS)

Note

Admission fee is a one time payment and non-refundable.
Semester fees once paid are non-refundable.
All fees are payable through NEFT or through the school ERP system.
The admission fee and the 1st Semester fee will have to be paid within 5 days of receipt of the admission offer letter.
